FOR SALE: hey everyone! I have a pretty much brand new Takeda kiritsuke 240mm from the AS classic line. Only used about 3 times, not more than 5 minutes total. Super nice knife, what a grind on this thing! It’s just not my style, it’s just a little too big for me. It never touched a stone, only used on wood cutting board. $375 with free shipping.
