Making me hungry right before I go to bed - almost unfair. I'm doing some grilled cheese for lunch tomorrow - nice smoked Gouda and some good Swiss on a sourdough with a good crust. Mayonnaise (no butter) on the outsides of the bread and a bit of horseradish and mustard on the inside. Use a sharp tall 240 and a nice push cut to open up a gem. Big glass of milk and some good carrots and I've got a lunch. I'm damn near a grilled cheese fanatic but don't eat enough of them while confined to home much of the time. All set though for tomorrow. Thank you all for the suggestion - I know what I'll be thinking about in 15 minutes while dozing off

i use a serrated, and push once forward, and then pulll back once.
