FS 15n20 petty chef

This is a free service where you can buy and sell knives and sharpening equipment and kitchen tools. There is no fee for posting items but we require that you've made at least 30 posts on our forum before you post something for sale.
Forum rules
As stated in the description, we want to get to know you better before allowing new forum members to post items for sale. You will not be able to create topics until you reach a 30 post minimum. Please take your time and contribute to the forum discussions in a substantive way. SPAM posting to reach 30 posts is considered very bad form and could get you booted off these forums.

NOTE: If you have an item for sale and you are located outside the Continental U.S. please state your location so the buyer knows what to expect in a purchase transaction.

FS 15n20 petty chef

Post by timos »

My standard Petty Chef Design. This one is made in “tougher than nails” 15N20 lumber saw blade steel.

I ground the blade with a significant distal taper, convexed bevels and a thin but strong tip. This petty will handle just about anything you throw at it. It will slice and dice very well.
Satin finish with a forced patina.

Burned in walnut handle sealed with some industrial strength EVA resin. It is nontoxic.
I was surprised how strong the hold is. The advantage is that the handle can be removed for maintenance.

If you ever have any issues with the knife just let me know - ill take care of it.

This is a great “go to” knife for the kitchen. $250 SHIPPED CONUS

paypal, venmo, cashap are all ok. you can send a good old fashioned check as well.

let me know if you have any questions.
