And it still sits there, waiting, like the wallflower at the school dance that no one will approach. So sad. It is to cry.Jeff B wrote: ↑Mon Mar 24, 2025 8:47 pm An awesome bargain! https://www.chefknivestogo.com/koskdtsgy24e.html

You can blame Mr. Suburban for my being here.

Re: Konosuke Updates
Bought the 210 around Christmas. I wish I was wanting a 240 in that knife I'd snatch it up...

The 240 is quite a different beast (in that it is much beast-ier...haha). I really like both of them. Great cutters.

Finally, after many, many days of lonely rejection, the wallflower entered into a new promising relationship this afternoon.

It's a brother, REALLY wish I was wanting a 240 in this! I don't even consider that one flawed given the pictures.

Re: Konosuke Updates
We had two, so this is a new one. Kosuke inspects them carefully, which is not typical.

And still it sits there, unwanted, unloved. It is to cry. Really, doesn't anyone want a Konosuke SKD Tsuchime Gyuto 240mm Ebony Scratch for the low, low price of $400?

Could not hold out any longer. When my wife asks me if I was crazy, I will tell her it was crazy to not buy it and point her to this thread. I trust y’all have my back on this one.

Of course we'll have your back. I'd say it goes without saying, but since I just said it, that would be wrong. Enjoy the knife.

Re: Konosuke Updates
I had taken down the Sumiiro line since they were out of stock for so long. But we just got some so here is the new section page with the 210s and 240s.

Are they going to keep making this line? I saw that 210 on the website this morning but I just got that other knife so I should probably wait a little bit.ChefKnivesToGo wrote: ↑Tue May 13, 2025 12:03 pm I had taken down the Sumiiro line since they were out of stock for so long. Re: Konosuke Updates
I have a Fujiyama that got chipped at work. Is it possible to send knives into Fujiyama for a refresh and sharpening?

Re: Konosuke Updates
Hey everyone I’m new to this thread, I don’t own any Konosuke knives but I have been scouring the internet regarding the different models. I am thinking the KS01 is my ideal knife based on profile, steel type, blacksmith.
Does anyone know if they will be having more releases of this knife in the future?
Thank you

Hi Joe,
I have some news on this shortly. I'm working on an order right now with them.
