Thanks! Yeah the Mac shears will be next. I should have them in hand by Wednesday so they’ll be ready to ship when we flip the switch on them.

We just got the Mac order and they shorted us the shears so we'll have to wait on those until they come available. We got the smaller snips and I'll put them up shortly.

I'll come up with a different item or group over the weekend and let you know what I decide for Wednesday. I have a couple of good candidates.

BTW, I'm liking the formula 1-style 20th anniversary banner on the website. :)

Looks like there are two deals this week. You are spoiling us Mark and Sue.

Thanks!

Where did you get those nice drawer knife inserts you photographed? I want to do something similar.

Just let me know if you'd like any more info—I'd be happy to provide it.

I think that would have the potential to be a very busy week for you guys, especially Sue! ;)
I may need to bribe her with a new handbag.
Well get to buying that bag! Nobody deserves a gift more than Susan and you have to look out for our friends of The Great White North! I'd love to buy the special Mark, but I ALREADY BOUGHT IT! LOL! I'll be watching for more fantastic blades, this is a keeper people, buy it while it lasts!

I don't think the Mac shears were posted, were they?

He ended up posting the shorter Mac snips because they were shorted the shears in their shipment

You are most likely right. I tend to skim reading. A bad habit of mine. But I'm old, so I can get away with it. A terrible lack of focus. Sigh. And some OCD, most likely. I'm really good at procrastinating though! Retirement didn't fix that either.

Oh man I wish I hadn't just gone with a different 210, the cladding on that Yoshimi probably gives it great food release and w#2 has been my primary since I've transitioned to my masamoto ks being my daily driver, takes a great edge. These are a screaming good deal!

1. Would the 240 Yoshimi Kato be considered a laser? A comparison to a Konosuke HD2 240 (grind, profile, thinness) would be helpful.
2. Does CKTG have a saya to fit the 240 Yoshimi Kato?

The cladding pattern of the Hino are very beautiful, I would've jump on this deal if I didn't already own the VG-10 Damascus version of this.

I've been considering the Yoshimi Hino 240 since they arrived at CKTG. The sale price sealed the deal for me. Order placed. Thanks for the good deal.
