You should also check out the items product page on cktg and read the description and reviews there.

Personally I think it's probably one of he best knives for the money. When sharp it performs like a laser. It holds its edge more than fine, and strips back to life in a handful of passes on a ceramic rod. It's very tough and durable so you don't have to baby it. That, coupled with the fact that it's not Overly expensive gave me the price of mind to not have to worry about it. That's a problem I have with my more expensive knives. For a pro environment, this knife is perfect! And at the price I'm looking to sell it for, I think it's a steal.

Those are exactly what I ran on mine. For all I know they are still on it somewhere?

That is a nice price on a good knife. Ours has become a favorite since it arrived.

Ok. It seems like I have made my choice and this seems like a great start down the rabbit hole. Is this the same knife that has been in the passaround?
