Personally I think it's probably one of he best knives for the money. When sharp it performs like a laser. It holds its edge more than fine, and strips back to life in a handful of passes on a ceramic rod. It's very tough and durable so you don't have to baby it. That, coupled with the fact that it's not Overly expensive gave me the price of mind to not have to worry about it. That's a problem I have with my more expensive knives. For a pro environment, this knife is perfect! And at the price I'm looking to sell it for, I think it's a steal.
